About Agatha

Agatha Soh brings over a decade of corporate expertise within the e-commerce industry, with experience across marketing and human resources. Her professional journey has also included extensive travel throughout Southeast Asia, shaping her appreciation for different cultures and sensitivity to diverse nationalities.

Her interest in counselling and psychology was shaped by her own personal journey through depression and anxiety, as well as her experience overcoming postpartum depression. These experiences deepened her commitment to self-discovery, personal growth, and supporting others through difficult life periods.

Agatha believes in the strength and resilience within each individual. Her work focuses on creating a secure and compassionate space where clients can feel supported as they explore challenges, understand themselves more clearly, and work towards a more fulfilling life.

Agatha uses an eclectic counselling approach, tailoring her methods to each client’s needs. Her work may draw from Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and narrative therapy.

She supports clients in exploring thoughts, emotions, personal patterns, past experiences, and relationship concerns in a way that feels safe and paced around the client’s readiness.

Her counselling experience includes supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, parenting burnout, work burnout, childhood trauma, and relationship issues. She has a special emphasis on supporting parents, and is also undergoing mindfulness training, which she hopes to integrate into her work to further support clients.
