“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.”

Drew is originally from the United Kingdom, and he moved to Singapore 11 years ago for a role in esports and gaming marketing. He has since become an entrepreneur and Permanent Resident here in Singapore.
Building on his over 10+ years of experience in marketing, Andrew wanted to combine his professional background with his desire and passion for helping others to support the community here. In doing so, Andrew also built a specialised digital helpline and peer support community for Singapore youth struggling with mental health issues. Besides being a professional counsellor, he dedicates part of his time to volunteering his services towards helping youths navigate through the world of gaming.
He further specialises in counselling youth and adults who struggle with social anxiety, loneliness, depression, family or relationship issues, professional challenges and stress, self-esteem, gender identity and sexual orientation, and other mental health issues related to device or gaming addiction. Andrew understands the lingo of the gaming world and what keeps youths and adults alike hooked on their devices. He is also exploring how mindfulness approaches could help in urge surfing and grounding oneself amongst others.
Andrew uses a hybrid approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) in his practice.

Reviews for Drew
My therapist, was validating and kind... I was pretty much "in charge" of my wellbeing journey, but with Dr Drew offering me his guidance and perspective as well... I appreciate his approach as well, as it motivated me to be more independent in my wellbeing journey, while also knowing that support was easily accessible when needed.... no words can truly express the depth of my gratitude!!
