Mindfulness practices are increasingly becoming popular in Singapore with the increasing challenges in both our personal and professional lives. Mindfulness practices have a tremendous effect in promoting wellbeing and reducing stress, anxiety and other other challenges. 

Holistic Ed-Venture has  designed this course to help participants discover oneself and find simple wasy to manage our daily challenges. This 8-week course will allow you to gain a new perspective to overcoming  mental and physical challenges. Research has proven that Mindfulness can do the following:

The facilitator for this course is Mr Kathirasan (Kathir). Kathirasan (Kathir) has been teaching contemplative and mindfulness practices since 2008. He has practised mindfulness meditation for over 10 years and has been trained by the Mindfulness Guru Shamash Alidina and trained in Yoga by the world renowned SVYASA. He has the ability to contextualise Mindfulness within the Singaporean Culture in the areas of education, teaching, learning, personal development, coaching, counselling, career development and stress management. He has trained Yoga and Meditation teachers since 2008 and has done research into the Philosophy of meditation and mindfulness. Being a Management Consultant, Kathir sees the relevance of Mindfulness in Organisational and Workplace settings. He has also written a 40 page Mindfulness Handbook which is given to all his workshop participants.

Course Information:

The cost of the attending the course is currently at a promotional rate of $500.00 per pax. A place will be secured after an interview with the teacher and upon successful payment.
