Programs

I offer focused programs that provide a clear pathway to progress while fitting seamlessly into your lifestyle.

  • Structured programs with a fixed number of sessions for clarity and focus.

  • Time-efficient approach tailored for busy professionals.

My role as your counsellor is to collaboratively walk with you through life’s complexities, offering a calming space and guiding you toward clarity and meaningful change.

My Therapeutic Philosophy

Making the Complex Clear, Life’s challenges are rarely one-dimensional. Whether you're navigating change, conflict, self-doubt or emotionally overwhelm, I support you in untangling what’s going on, so things start to feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable.

I work on both levels, what you know and what you feel. I integrate conscious approaches—like narrative therapy, CBT, and solution-focused work—with deeper methods such as hypnotherapy. This allows us to explore shifts not just in how you think, but how you respond and relate—to yourself, to others, and to life.

You’re Not Broken, You’re Navigating; Rather than ‘fixing’ something, I see therapy as a way to build insight, develop flexibility, and move through what’s stuck. I’ll support you in noticing patterns, reframing beliefs, and creating space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up.

Clients I Work With

Whether you’re someone who finds it easy to express your thoughts or someone who struggles to put feelings into words, I meet you where you are. For clients who need extra support to connect with their inner world, I use creative tools like visual cards and Animal-Assisted Therapy to make the process feel safe and engaging.

I support individuals through a wide range of life challenges, including:

  • Professionals navigating stress, burnout, or the uncertainty of career transitions; often carrying high expectations or feeling the pressure to always cope.

  • Parents trying to care for everyone else while quietly struggling with low self-esteem, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion and career.

  • Individuals carrying silent grief, or feeling a deep loneliness that’s hard to explain to others.

  • Parents preparing for or going through separation, feeling overwhelmed by the emotional and practical weight of restructuring their family.

  • Teens who are anxious, withdrawn, or struggling to feel like they belong in a fast-changing social world.

  • Expats adapting to life away from home, managing cultural shifts, and the quiet grief of missing belonging.

What To Expect During Sessions

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes and is a collaborative space where you share what’s on your mind—at your own pace and in your own way.

  • If expressing yourself feels hard, I use gentle tools like cards, visualization and mindfulness to help you connect with your feelings.

  • Therapy is a two-way conversation where we explore your thoughts and emotions together. We’ll look beneath the surface to uncover patterns, meanings, and beliefs that shape your experience.

  • I support you by asking thoughtful questions, reflecting what I hear, and gently challenging unhelpful narratives. This opens space for new perspectives, helping you reframe beliefs and develop healthier, more flexible ways of thinking and relating.

  • My aim is to guide you toward clarity and meaningful change, so you leave each session feeling understood, balanced, and better equipped to face life’s challenges.

What Results Or Outcomes To Expect From Our Work Together

Therapy works best when you’re willing to be open, curious, and honest with yourself, even when it feels uncomfortable. It’s a process that requires your active participation, emotional readiness, and a genuine desire to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. As we work together, you may begin to:

  • Feel less overwhelmed and more emotionally steady.

  • Gain insight into patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Reframe unhelpful thoughts and shift the way you relate to yourself and others .

  • Develop healthier boundaries and a stronger sense of self .

  • Respond to challenges with more flexibility and ease .

  • Feel more connected—to your values, your emotions, and the people around you.

Some changes happen gradually; others may feel more immediate. Either way, you can expect a space that supports meaningful, sustainable growth—rooted in your goals, your pace, and what matters most to you.

My Background

My path into therapy has been shaped by years of working at the intersection of leadership, transition, and emotional resilience. Before becoming a counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, I spent over two decades in senior roles—including Consultant, Senior Manager, and Chief Information Officer (CIO); across major telecommunications and broadcasting companies in the APAC and EMEA regions. I led large teams, drove complex change, and built a business in Southeast Asia from the ground up which lasted over a decade.

Through these roles, I come to deeply understand the hidden emotional cost of high performance. The quiet burnout, self-doubt, and identity questions that often sit beneath professional success.

Having lived and worked across multiple countries and cultures, I also understand the emotional toll of expat life. Uprooting yourself, setting up work and home in unfamiliar places, navigating cultural expectations—all of this can quietly strain your relationships, your confidence, and your sense of belonging. I work with individuals, couples, and families to find steadiness in those transitions, rebuild connection, and make sense of the emotional undercurrent that can surface along the way.

Personal loss has powerfully shaped how I hold space for others. After losing family members to tragedy, I came to understand that grief doesn’t ask to be fixed; it asks to be witnessed, carried, and slowly integrated into the fabric of our lives. Grief therapy offers room to honour what’s been lost, while gently finding your way forward in a world that has changed.

I don’t claim to have all the answers—but I do offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore what’s weighing on you. My approach is steady, practical, and deeply human—supporting high-performing professionals, expats, parents, and those at a crossroads to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and move forward with purpose.
