As a child of parents in the Armed Forces, Bhavna grew up adapting to frequent moves and new environments. This shaped her understanding of resilience, transition, and the importance of emotional support during periods of uncertainty.

How She Supports Clients

Bhavna’s approach is grounded in active listening, empathy, and a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space. She aims to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and validated.

She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in understanding their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life circumstances.

Her work may support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, or life transitions by helping them build clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move towards their own meaningful next steps.

Bhavna brings together professional experience, psychological training, and life experience to support clients with care, patience, and respect for their individual journey.
