- Harper Lee
About Jasmin
Jasmin is an integrative counsellor who believes that, with empathy, compassion, and the right support, individuals can connect with their inner strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. She works collaboratively with clients to explore personal challenges, build coping strategies, and reconnect with resilience that may already exist within them.

Born and raised in the UK and now living in Singapore for over two decades, Jasmin brings a lived understanding of cross-cultural transitions, identity shifts, and emotional adaptation. As both a second-generation immigrant and someone who has emigrated herself, she is familiar with the nuances of cultural dislocation across Eastern and Western contexts.

Her previous work in the travel industry, children’s yoga, and education has allowed her to engage with people across different ages and backgrounds. She currently volunteers at a Sunday school in an autism centre, supporting children and adults through behavioural guidance and practical assistance.
How She Supports Clients
Jasmin practises as an integrative therapist, drawing on a range of evidence-informed methods tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Her approach is holistic, person-centred, and grounded in the belief that each individual has the desire to grow, express themselves, and live more fully.

She supports clients through collaborative conversation, emotional reflection, coping strategies, and a respectful therapeutic pace. Her work may help clients make sense of personal challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and find clearer ways forward.

Her style is warm and flexible, with sensitivity to cultural context, identity, and the different life stages clients may be navigating.
