“The stories we carry shape how we see ourselves. Therapy is a space to gently re-examine those stories—and discover new possibilities.”
Soh Chin brings together psychological depth, lived experience, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

Before entering the field of psychology, she spent decades in journalism and communications. This shapes her sensitivity to language, identity, and the narratives we carry about ourselves—often quietly, and sometimes painfully.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief:
When we begin to understand our story differently, we begin to live differently.
Her Approach
Soh Chin offers a safe, calm, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can slow down and gently explore what is happening within you.
Her work is:
-
Person-centred – you are met where you are
-
Collaborative – therapy is a journey we walk together
-
Narrative-informed – making sense of your story matters
-
Grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Rather than rushing to fix or change, she works with you to:
-
Understand what you are feeling
-
Make sense of your experiences
-
Notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck
-
Reconnect with what truly matters to you

See things more clearly
