Bharti Gobind

Professional Counsellor

Bharti Gobind supports individuals, couples, teens, families, and groups through counselling, reflective support, compassionate listening, and a steady, non-judgemental therapeutic space.

Her work supports clients navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, confusion, and quiet struggles that may feel hard to share with others.

“Sometimes, we just need someone to sit beside us, without judgment, and remind us that we're not alone. I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, in your way.”

About Bharti

Bharti has always been drawn to people’s stories and finds deep meaning in heartfelt conversations. Her journey into counselling was shaped by personal experience, where navigating life’s challenges helped her understand the value of being truly listened to without judgement.

In 2017, she formalised this calling by completing a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Since then, she has been counselling individuals on a freelance basis, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, work through challenges, and feel deeply heard.

Bharti also brings over three decades of experience in real estate, where she built a career grounded in trust, rapport, and genuine connection with clients from all walks of life. These skills — deep listening, empathy, and emotional presence — now form the foundation of her therapeutic work.

How She Supports Clients

Bharti’s counselling approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and care. She offers a steady and calming presence for clients who may be walking through grief, confusion, emotional overwhelm, or a need for clarity.

She supports clients by listening deeply, helping them explore what they may be carrying, and creating space for them to feel heard and understood.

Her approach is especially suited for clients who may not yet have the words for what they are experiencing, but need a supportive space to begin making sense of their feelings, relationships, and life circumstances.
