Restore and Reclaim

Restore & Reclaim is a restorative three-day retreat curated by psychotherapists for counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists. Set on the private island of Koh Munnork, this immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of clinical work and reconnect with yourself beyond the therapist role.

Through somatic and mindfulness practices, guided reflection, meaningful peer connection and practical restoration planning, participants will explore burnout, compassion fatigue, professional boundaries and the authentic self.
