Sexual Identity - Am I Special?

Research has shown internalized homophobia results in the stress for LGBTQIA+ community. In view of Asian general conservative culture and other factors (i.e. religion), LGBTQIA+ individuals may not be able to freely be themselves. This workshop serves to provide a better understanding to their thoughts, feelings and factors leading to their stress of internailized homophobia.

Target Audience: LGBTIQA+ individuals and those who wish to understand the well-being world of LGBTIQA+ community

Workshop Outcomes: Understanding Internalized Homophobia, how it comes about, dysfunctional cycle (thoughts and feelings), and ways of managing it.
